Tracy is a great coach! I joined Tracy’s group sessions in April this year and have been delighted with my progress in strength, technique and stamina. Tracy has passion for what she does and is very skilled in passing on her knowledge and experience in a way that is helpful to and understandable by all her clients who have a wide range of experience and ability. Tracy takes time to understand any limitations her clients have and adapts each exercise accordingly. As I have improved Tracy has encouraged me to use heavier weights and try more challenging movements. Tracy has a great sense of humour and fun and injects this into her classes.

I joined no8 gym back in April, I've been in a few gyms but this is totally different, tracey encouraged me all the way to build up my core strength. It is a small group of ladies so wee are always under the watchful eye of Tracey to make sure we are doing it correctly. The social side is brilliant.

Marek has been training me twice per week for the past 16 years, which is a marker of the importance he has in my life. His knowledge of anatomy, physiology, diet and overall health is superior to most doctors. Each session is tailored to my exact needs on the day and he always seems to hit the right note regarding how much to push me, without being overwhelmed. His long term input has made me reexamine what I do to my body and how my holistic health is taken care of. He is a good friend and I enjoy every session. He offers what is likely to be a truly unique service.

Five years ago, I was hesitant to begin training due to my kyphosis and fears of injuring my already troubled back. But with Marek, these concerns quickly diminished. His knowledge of biomechanics ensured that I received a program tailored to my unique needs, one I could trust.Marek helped me focus on the right muscles and techniques, ensuring safety and proper posture were always front and center.In addition to physical training, Marek provided invaluable advice on nutrition, ensuring my diet supported my goals both in and out of the gym.Today I can see the results: I'm stronger, pain-free, and more confident in my training, all thanks to Marek. It is very rare to find someone as deeply knowledgeable as Marek across such a wide range of health and wellbeing disciplines. Marek is a first class personal trainer , a highly qualified and experienced nutritionist and an expert in biomechanics /injury recovery. Over the years he has been invaluable in helping me stay physically and mentally fit. For example at one point in my mid 40s I was in such pain from my lower back that I had more or less given up my passion for cycling. I felt resigned to accepting that perhaps my age and the injury meant that I would just have to let it go. Marek's careful work with me on rehabilitating my back has meant that for the last 15 years (and still now at the age of 66) I have been able to get out there and enjoy long rides and cyclo sportives, pain free. Life changing !!!

Not only was the process tailored from start to finish, but Joe was quick to respond to any questions I had. I’ve used a lot of training programmes previously but this one has got me seeing gains like never before. Routinely meetings make the programme work seamlessly through day to day life, making sessions fit where they can and re-designing the unworkable ones out. Couldn’t recommend more, thanks Joe

I started with Natasha off-camera during lockdown when my husband was training with her.I never saw myself taking one to one classes with anyone. Having not exercise for years, it made me feel too under the spotlight. After lockdown, I braved it to the park and joined Natasha in person. After a few sessions with very achy, newly woken up muscles, I could feel the benefits. First in my head, then my body (heart, lungs and muscles!). Now it is very much part of my week and I am so happy I made the choice to have a healthy habit.Natasha’s skill is how acutely aware she is of what is best. She clearly judges my optimum moment to either go on/take a breath/ repeat . She is that great combination of incredibly professional and kind. A wealth of information flexible so that sessions vary with new exercises can be a challenge. The holy grail for me is having a park session in nature and a strength / weight / conditioning session online. Thanks Natasha

Natasha is an extraordinarily gifted trainer. I have been training with her for over 15years starting from a very low base, integrating her bootcamps and PT into my life, changing my perspective on nutrition and wellbeing, and transforming my body and fitness. She knows her stuff and she has my trust - I don't have to think about the 'what' or the 'how', I just focus my mind on the task. She coordinates and plans for my individual needs, at every session. Life brings its challenges and whether it be juggling work, family, injury or post-op recovery, Natasha meets you where you're at, knows when to push and when to step back - she's with you every step of the way and it's her attention to detail, to you and your fitness goals, that makes her stand out from any other trainer. Natasha is the professional, friendly and knowledgable trainer you simply can't do without. Highly recommended.

I have trained with Natasha for over 12 years on a weekly basis. The 12 years has spanned the post birth of my 3rd child to a now busy life with 3 teenagers & working. I'm very happy that I invested in having this time with Natasha to keep fit and healthy consistently over a decade. Whether I was at times too tired to motivate myself, training for a specific physical challenge or recovering from the occasional unexpected operation Natasha has navigated me through safely with her extensive knowledge. I look forward to our sessions, which are always varied, and trust Natasha implicitly in knowing what is needed. Natasha makes it easy to commit to putting fitness into your life.

I have been working with Natasha for many year, both in the park and online. Natasha is always smiling, energised and encouraging. I have benefited from Natasha’s expertise, she has vast knowledge of fitness and dietary needs. Natasha makes workouts interesting as well as challenging. When I had a minor injury, Natasha changed my programme and incorporated the advice and recovery plan from my physiotherapist. I would highly recommend PT with Natasha, she is friendly, professional and very knowledgable.

Natasha started training me around 12/13 years ago. I’m what I would call au fait with the gym and exercise although never excelling at it. Having played rugby most of my childhood and adult life, I was used to weights and power lifting but not very bendy. I also had picked up numerous breaks and injuries and Natasha revolutionised how I approach exercise. Her excellent range of methods and process helped me several times in post op rehab and strength building. My favourite thing is her boxing sessions my least favourite “kettle bells!”

Wasn't sure about online training at first, but Body Ark has been a game-changer for me. The workouts are tough but doable, and they fit into my crazy schedule. What's really helped is the diet advice – it's all tailored to what I like and my goals, so it doesn't feel like I'm on some impossible diet. I've dropped some weight, and I'm feeling fitter than ever. Big thumbs up from me!
