David took time to explain and breakdown my training programme so that, I would be able to manage it with my day-to-day life. David is motivated and enthusiastic which makes the sessions enjoyable. I spent a number of months being trained by David. Very worthwhile investment. The sessions were always very well planned, he explained the ins and outs of why we were doing certain exercises and I got great results. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again

I love coming to no.8. I like having the women only experience. This makes me feel comfortable and confident in my surroundings. Tracy is patient and always offers full instructions and explanations. She is a great motivator and always encourages everyone to do their best.

Fabulous gym. Tracy is an amazing, knowledgeable coach. She is always on hand to advise her clients the correct techniques. Tracy keeps the classes relevant to her clients ability.The small friendly gym is a joy to work out in No 2 days are the same

I've only just joined the gym, so far so good, nice bunch of girls, Tracy is very encouraging, and pushes u in the right direction and knows your limits..looking forward to loosing a few pounds, and being more toned.??

When our previous gym closed it wasn't easy looking for something suitable to join. Tracy has been wonderful, full of knowledge, and very caring helping us all to achieve a level of fitness that is required to keep us healthy. Totally recommend No 8 Gym

This is a place where I feel safe and valued. Tracy runs awesome classes and the best bit is she is totally aware of our limitations and quite often will tailor exercises to each individual. I really enjoy my time there. We manage to have some fun but ultimately get in some tidy moves.Thanks Tracy for being a such a great support.
