About Juli Piscedda

I have been passionate about fitness and a healthy lifestyle since I was a child. As I was born and grow up in Sardinia, a marvelous island in the Mediterranean Sea, I started very soon to practice different sports, in particular swimming. That’s where everything started.

As a former swimming instructor in the UK, now a qualified REPS 3 Personal Trainer and a Lifestyle Coach, my aim is to support and motivate people by helping them to achieve their goals.

I specialize in Weight Management, Nutritional advice, and Core Strengthening. My main strengths are getting clients to shape up and become healthier by doing a wide range of exercises tailored according to their needs and goals and also letting them enjoy the session.
