Can't thank Leah enough for her amazing classes ,she is so motivating and such a inspiration to me,and has made amazing difference in my life.I feel much more positive in myself and part of my routine going to her classes ,it starts me up for the day and I go on ina positive way and those challenges which we all have am able to cope much better and deal with it.Leah gives all her energy in changing people's lives for the better,her classes suits everyone no matter what type of exercise you into she caters in every way and goes round to make sure you okay doing it,simple easy to follow amazing teacher and love her choice of music too,so want to get everybody who reads this to come and try for yourselves and you will see,THANK YOU LEAH
I have been doing exercises with leah for a while. This has been a great experience I have had. She will achieve your goals you are looking for. Very knowledge in the body and nutrition too. I would give her 5 stars for her services. I loved the exercise classes and pilates too. Fantastic experience! Will definitely use her often. Thank you
