Hi, I'm Rebecca From the United Kingdom. I have lived and worked abroad for the past 8 years. Working in Australia and Canada pursuing my passion in health and fitness. I have worked with some incredible athletes in these countries, learning from some of the most talented and experienced individuals in health and fitness. Finishing my latest career in Canada working for the Vancouver Cancuks Ice hockey team. Traveling full time I was appointed their wellness coach focusing on massage, yoga and overall wellness of the body. Focusing on a holistic and scientific approach I want to help you build you physical fitness including mobility and strength and helping you become the best version of yourself. one that you didn't eve know existed.
