About Deborah Goodfellow Taylor

I have been teaching for over 25 plus years, overseas UK. Closed my studio due to C19 now Freelance teaching Spinning,(classical rides/Tabata) Pilates Mar and Yogalates, different classes with props Kettlebells, Swiss Balls, Mini Balls, Fitness Circle, Bands, Bosu much more.

I love to teach and also I am a Bereavement Counsellor and Volunteer for CRUSE, I love dog walking and being on the beach. Art and reading, gardening.

I was a Member with REPs from the beginning in the 90s until it changed to CIMSPA so its nice to have them back.

The first Director (Female) to open a Recreation Fitness Facility in Jeddah KSA, in the 1990s. Was the Dr Soliman Fakeeh H.P.C Centre now called Olympiad
