Hi - I'm Jordon, a Level 3 personal trainer based in Telford, Shropshire, with 20 years of my own training experience and 9 years of personal training experience . 

At TailoredFit, I bring tailored workouts specific to you, anywhere can be a gym - all we need is a little space to move, whether at home or outdoors.

I train my clients using functional  training methods with the aim of preparing them to live better, with that desire at the core, this style of training can be tailored to your specific goals, age and ability and can be built into fun, interactive routines and can be performed with just bodyweight and built up to weighted movements using a variety of equipment. This type of training will enhance and support your everyday real world movements  whilst improving your fitness, strength, mobility and confidence!
