I began my journey in martial arts in 1993. First studying Kung Fu and Chinese Kickboxing, before learning Wushu and Olympic Wrestling.
My love for training and coaching led me to work in the health and fitness industry in 2000, becoming a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2005.
Following my passion for stuntwork, I used my martial arts background in Batman Begins and played the Honey Monster in the Sugar Puffs adverts.
I represented Team England in the W.P.K.A. and B.N.M.A.A. World Championships from 2006-2008, winning four golds and three silver medals.
I've always had a keen interest in sports nutrition, so I began studying the Precision Nutrition Level 1 certification, followed by the year-long Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Class. To further my knowledge of the human body, I began studying Functional Range Conditioning and Kinstretch, becoming a mobility specialist.
This led me to complete additional specialist certifications in Change Psychology, Nutrition Coaching for Athletes, and Sleep, Stress Management, and Recovery.
In 2020, I wrote and published, World Champion Parenting.
I currently reside in Southampton, UK where I coach private clients and am the diet and nutrition columnist for FMA (For Martial Artists) Magazine, available nationwide in WHSmiths.
