In the very early 80's I trained to be a fitness instructor whilst living in Europe and then took a position as an aerobics instructor at Pineapple Dance Studios in South Kensington London. In the mid 80’s I moved to the USA to further my health and fitness related studies at University level and whilst in San Diego, I established a relationship with IDEA and ACE.
I am proud to be part of a team of fitness educators located throughout the world working with ACE to promote safe and effective exercise instruction. Through my own company innovative training, I offer online educational courses in many disciplines, such as body sciences, group fitness, personal training, nutrition, exercise with older adults, working with special populations.
These days I teach a blend of Purestretch, Melt Method and Somatic Pilates with Yoga.
