Fitness and Dance professional based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. After graduating from University in 2005 I worked as a professional dancer, teacher and choreographer. Transitioning into a career in education for several years alongside running a dance school, working freelance and performing professionally. In 2017 leaving the education sector, retrained in fitness, personal training and as a diet and nutrition advisor.
