When we move incorrectly, our body adapts. These adaptations to dysfunctional movement cause pain, dysfunctions and malformations. Because of this fact, we know that dysfunctional movement is the root cause of most of our problems. This is why we use the gait cycle as our primary diagnostic/assessment tool. Your body will become adapted to the positions that you assume the most.
