During 2019, I taught yoga on a voluntary basis, until Lockdown to women who worked for Women's Aid in Camden, and later that was extended to the whole Council . I taught a mixed level , Vinyasa Krama class.I now teach 3-4 vinyasa krama classes and one yin class locally.
My qualifications are 200 hours , with Sun Power Yoga. ( 2019)
I also hold an Advanced Diploma in Hatha Yoga from BSY (2020)
Basic Sanskrit ( 2020)
Level 3 Yoga Therapy course with BSY. (2022)
30 Diploma course in Yin Yoga. ( 2021)
Short Sequencing yoga course with Space and Flow Yoga on 13th June 2021 and 3 sessions Kriya Yoga also in 2021.
February 2022, Hand on assists course with Stewart Gilchrist.
