Dieting does not have to be hardship, nor a sacrifice. The nutrition plans that I tailor to your needs are based on a thorough analysis of your current diet and needs. From there, we can establish your targets and set your weigh loss/gain goals. To ensure sustained results, you have the option to work with me long-term, whereby I will regularly review your nutritional intake, produce weekly reports to track your progress, intervene as we see fit, and periodically update your targets and plans.
