Since 2015, I have been in the fitness industry, starting as a group fitness coach. This marked the beginning of my professional journey.

Between 2009 and 2014, I faced significant personal challenges, weight peaking at 120kg and struggling with serious mental health issues and numerous unhealthy habits. That story is for another day.
