Hi, my name is Michael. Having graduated Abertay University, specialising in Strength & Conditioning, I am keen to share with you the knowledge I have gained to help you achieve your goals. Since joining my first gym in 2017 I have focused on many different aspects of training such as bodybuilding, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting and cardio.
