My name is Stuart Barker, I am a qualified personal trainer, sports massage therapist (offered as a mobile service), strength coach and medical referral specialist based at Gudlift gym in Eccles, Manchester.
Athletic Achievements
International standard powerlifter, qualifying for the British team 3 years in a row, Placing 4th and 7th in the European and British powerlifting championships.
I trained as a bodybuilder and had the honour of training with the late Carl McVittie who won various international IFBB bodybuilding competitions prior to competing in powerlifting.
