I have had a long and successful career in consulting and analytics and during those hectic years I was passionate about staying fit and active. In the last 10 years, I have focused my own training more and more in strength and functional fitness and have found it so effective that in 2022 I decided to train to become a PT myself with the goal of passing on knowledge and enthusiasm to others.
I have a special interest in training women who are looking to invest in their body now to live their best life as they get older. I combine general fitness training with strength and resistance training and mobility programming. I can also coach in Olympic lifting techniques.
Why Functional Fitness? That’s easy - as the name suggests it’s the best way to allow you to function optimally at any age and to pursue your interests, whether that’s skiing, water-sports, climbing, hiking or just feeling strong day to day.
