I'm Shelley, a fully qualified, insured, personal trainer. I specialise in training and nutrition advice for strength and conditioning, fat loss/weight management, muscle building and toning and exercise programmes for pre and post-natal. I am always keeping up-to-date with the health and fitness industry through continuous personal development and research. I have a fairly strong sporting background and I am passionate about helping people live a happier, healthier, lifestyle and I want to pass on my knowledge and experience to help you achieve this.
You will find me friendly and approachable with an empathic nature. Although, I will drive you harder when I feel you need that extra push. My sessions are fun and motivating, but also challenging. I have trained clients of all ages, fitness levels and backgrounds, that have had different long-term goals. Whether you would like to train at home, in the gym or outside (weather permitting), I provide bespoke nutrition and training programs based around your need analysis and current fitness levels, that are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-bound objectives. Working together, I will help you not only achieve your goals, but stick with them, so you achieve lifelong changes to a fitter, healthier, lifestyle.
