Indoor cycling is a group exercise class that utilises bikes to focus on improving aerobic conditioning, increasing strength and burning fat at a high level of intensity. Our course will provide you with all the knowledge and tools you need to work as a top level indoor cycling instructor, to deliver a fun, effective and informative session to all your clients.
This course will run for 2 days. Training happens on weekends from 12pm to 8pm. There will be a practical assessment upon completion of the program.
