Submit Your CPD and Maintain Your Status

In this section of the exercise professional CPD submission form, you are required to upload your CPD evidence, which corresponds with the REPs categories you wish to maintain/upgrade to. This evidence serves as proof of your ongoing learning and commitment to staying up-to-date in your chosen specialities.

Instructions for uploading your CPD evidence:

  1. Compile all your relevant CPD documents (e.g., course completion certificates, workshop attendance records) into a single PDF file. You can use a PDF editor or an online tool to merge multiple documents into one.
  2. Ensure the PDF file is clear, legible, and adheres to the specified file size limits.
  3. Upload the compiled PDF file by clicking on the "Choose File" button and selecting the file from your computer or device.

Once you have successfully uploaded your CPD evidence, our team will review the submitted documents and update your REPs profile accordingly. Please note that we may contact you if we require additional information or clarification during the review process.
