The classes are amazing, be prepared to feel the burn! Wicked music to keep you motivated, great instructors, and overall a lovely, friendly environment. Nice space and equipment to also train independently, would recommend to anyone trying to get active!
I’ve worked with Jeff at JNC for a while now, and I have to say how refreshing it has been to align with such a charismatic, patient and phenomenal guy! He has made exercising fun and has helped me to reach my personal goals, not only from a health perspective but helping me adapt a better mindset.Lastly, Jeff’s playlist….. it makes you forget how hard he’s pushing you, as you want dance and train at the same time!

Jeff has been training me since 2019 and has been an exceptional personal trainer and boxing coach. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge to both challenge you and adapt to your needs - through times where I have felt fit through to times I have gone through back problems, Jeff always had the right level of exercise and support available! 100% recommend Jeff to anyone looking for an amazing PT
