Yes — Pro includes a 30-day free trial. You pay £0 today and you can cancel anytime before day 30 to avoid the first charge. Verified does not include a trial, and Studio is waitlist-only.
What's the difference between Verified and Pro?+
Verified is about trust and visibility — credentials, reviews, enhanced directory profile. Pro adds the full operating system to run your practice: bookings, CRM, programmes, advanced nutrition and check-ins, messaging, automations and AI across the platform.
How does verification work?+
Upload your qualifications, insurance and any CPD. Our team reviews within 24 hours. You'll see a Verified badge on your profile once approved.
Does REPS take a commission on bookings?+
No. REPS does not charge a booking commission or per-booking fee. You pay for your tier (Verified, Pro or Studio) and keep what your clients pay you. Standard payment-processor fees from your payment provider still apply on whatever checkout you use.
Will founding pricing stay forever?+
Yes. Founding member pricing on Pro is locked for the lifetime of your subscription — but it's only available before public launch and to a limited number of professionals.
Which billing periods are available?+
Verified is billed annually at £99. Pro is available monthly at £59 or annually at £590, with the annual option saving two months. Both Pro options include the 30-day free trial. Studio is planned at £149 monthly or £1,490 annually and remains waitlist-only.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. You can manage or cancel an active membership from your dashboard. Pro trial members can cancel before day 30 to prevent the first charge.
